I’m carrying the White Rose of York, and riding with a lovely group of Red Rose Boltonites. Over eight days, we’re covering over 1000km and 15,500m of ascent as we wind our way across the Italian Alps from Milan to the chic coast of Nice.
We will take on two of cycling’s classic monuments (Il Lombadia and Milan San Remo) as well as some of the biggest mountains in the area (Col de Bonnet) and for 8 days put ourselves in “the hurt locker” in the hope that it will encourage you to support the ride, by supporting the club .
